  • Where's my order?
    All Felix Living orders will be provided a tracking number so that you can track your order. If you're having issues, please reach out to us at hello@felixliving.com.au - we're here to help!
  • I didn't receive an order confirmation, what should I do?
    Confirmation emails should be received shortly after your order. If it's not in your inbox folder, it may have popped up in your spam or junk folder. If you still haven't received it, please reach out to us at hello@felixliving.com.au - we're here to help!
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of receiving your confirmation email. To cancel your order, email us at hello@felixliving.com.au with 'CANCEL MY ORDER' as your email subject, and also provide us with your order number. If it has been more than 24 hours, please still email us at hello@felixliving.com.au with your order number as we may be able to assist with the refund process, once you have received your order.
  • I received a faulty item, what should I do?
    If you have received a faulty or damaged item, please email us at hello@felixliving.com.au with the email subject as 'FAULTY ITEM' and provide us with your order number - please also send us images of the product/s that are damaged. At Felix Sleepwear we value quality and customer satisfaction, so any and all faulty items can be exchanged for new items or a full refund if preferred.
  • I received the wrong item, what should I do?
    Please contact us at hello@felixliving.com.au with the email subject 'WRONG ITEM'. Please provide us with your order number and images of the incorrect items you received. The wrong items can be returned to us (at our expense) and your correct items will be posted to you (also, at our expense) once we have received the wrong items.
  • An item is missing from my order, what should I do?
    We may be out of stock of a particular item. If this is the case, you should have received an email advising you of this with the options to refund the cost of the item out of stock or receive part of your order and have the rest shipped to you once it is back in stock. If you haven't received anything from us regarding this, please email us at hello@felixliving.com.au with the email subject 'MISSING AN ITEM' and provide us with your order number. We will help rectify the issue for you from there
  • Can I cancel/amend my order?
    Orders must be cancelled/amended within 24 hours of receiving your confirmation email. To cancel/amend your order, email us at hello@felixliving.com.au with 'CANCEL/AMEND MY ORDER' as your email subject, and also provide us with your order number. If it has been more than 24 hours, please still email us at hello@felixliving.com.au with your order number as we may be able to assist with the refund process, once you have received your order.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    Payments that are accepted include: Mastercard Visa Amex China Union Pay JCB Diners Discover Maestro Electron Cartes Bancaires
  • I was charged international transaction fees when placing an order, why is this?
    Felix Living is an Australian based organisation. International transaction fees occur depending on where you are placing your order and the method you are using. Please contact your banking institute if you have further issues or us at hello@felixliving.com.au - we're here to help!
  • My payment was declined, what should I do?
    Ensure that the payment method you are using is a method that is supported through our website. Also ensure that you have entered your correct card/account details If you are still having issues, you can contact your banking institution or us at hello@felixliving.com.au - we're here to help!
  • Can I return my order?
    Yes you can - as long as you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You can check out the Shipping & Returns page for more information.
  • How do I return my order?
    Not entirely satisfied with your order? You can return any full priced item purchased from felixsleepwear.com for: Any other size or item available on our website, or A full refund Send us a return request at hello@felixliving.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order. When sending us a request, please inform us of the following: Order number Email address used for the order Reason for return If you would like a full refund or to exchange for another item Please note: Felix does not cover any shipping costs for a return, unless the garment is faulty If exchanging, your second shipping cost will be on us If the garment has been washed, it cannot be returned Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order and the garments must be in brand new condition Returns or exchanges do not apply to sale items Felix reserves the right to deny returns should they not meet these requirements Exchanges will be processed with 1-2 business days Full refunds will take a few days to process
  • What are your return policies?

  • Can I exchange my order?

  • Will I have to pay for my return?
    Not entirely satisfied with your order? Need to change your size? Felix Sleepwear will cover any returns if you contact us within 14 days of the sleepwear arriving to you.
  • Will you refund my shipping fees if I make a return?
    In some circumstances, your delivery charge will be refunded. For example, if your entire order was faulty or incorrect, or if your order was cancelled by us. Otherwise your shipping fees will not be refunded. You can contact us at hello@felixliving.com.au for further information.
  • Can I receive my refund into a different bank account?
    We can only process refunds into the bank account of the original payment method. If you have closed this account, please contact your bank directly to organise a transfer of the refund, as we are unable to do this for you. We're sorry for any inconvenience caused.
  • Where is Felix based?
    Felix is designed in Melbourne (Naarm), Australia manufactured in China packaged and shipped to you from Melbourne, Australia. We only partner with manufacturers that have exemplary work environments and strive to support ethical working environments.

  • What materials are your garments made of?
    Our T-Shirts are 95% Bamboo and 5% Spandex Our pants, shorts, and button ups are a combination of Bamboo, Cotton, and Polyester
  • How can I care for my garments?
    Always wash your garments in a cold/warm wash cycle and try to wash separately Do not bleach and do not iron your sleepwear as this may cause damage to the material Use only neutral detergent when washing Felix is best line dried Caring for your sleepwear appropriately will keep them soft, and help them last the seasons
  • Is your packaging sustainable and recyclable?
    At Felix Living we endeavour to make a difference whenever the opportunity arises. For this reason, our mailing bags are 100% compostable, and our Felix Living wrapping kraft paper is made of 100% recyclable materials
