Return & Exchange Policy
Not entirely satisfied with your order? You can return any full priced item purchased from Felix Living for:

Please note:

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order and the garments must be in brand new condition

Felix will cover the cost of returns if we are contacted within 14 days of the product arriving to you

If the garment has been washed, it cannot be returned

Returns or exchanges do not apply to sale items

Felix reserves the right to deny returns should they not meet these requirements

Taxes & Tax Duty
Orders to countries outside Australia may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. Your order is shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis and the amount of duties and taxes owed is imposed by your local customs. Payment of this amount is necessary to release your order from customs.
